OUR QUALITY CONTROL

We think in Smart Solution Tech that the full involvement of all employees is require some of steps to achieve our goal of providing best quality services to all our valued clients. General Manager and Manager Projects initiated an in house QA & QC department and recruited many engineers & inspectors for this purpose. The head of the QA & QC dept. is given independent resources & authorities to look after quality of each project, which Al Mashhood Builders Co. Performs. Third Party inspection is also performed in certain areas to achieve our goal.

The fruit of establishing this department started coming right away, as we are being recognized as a company, which maintains high standards of Quality. The Head of QA & QC dept. conducts a meeting every month in which all the personnel involved right from Project Manager to the supervisors are required to attend it strictly. They are briefed about the Quality requirements, and any changes in the standards are also informed. Apart from this QA/QC inspectors assigned to each site conduct daily briefings with Engineers & Supervisors and directly reports to the Head Standards are also informed. Internal Nonconformance reports are filled to maintain the quality standards and actions are taken against the responsible person to improve it. If needed the supervisors are sent for short term courses. A copy of NCR is sent to personnel files as well, which is taken into account during annual appraisals. All our project sites are provided with the computer system and all the systems are updated from time to time with the latest standards and applications. All inspectors are fully trained and well aware of the standards.
